The Moreland Group is a specialist training
organisation, specializing in conducting training
courses in project management for
organisations.
The Moreland Group has foreseen the changes to
take place in organisations. Shifts from process
management to project management are now all too
evident. Effectively managing projects is now
vital. Organisations need employees with the
skills to manage these projects to time, budget
and specification. The Moreland Group has put
together a comprehensive package of programs, all
accredited, to meet all the organisational project
management development needs.
The Moreland Group is a Registered Training
Organisation (RTO No. 6332 registered under the
Australian Quality Training Framework AQTF) within
Australia and is able to offer a nationally
accredited qualifications in project management.

The Moreland Group has been involved with Project
Management training for nearly 20 years and see
project management as "everybody's second
profession". We have a suite of training
programs that are targeted at how project managers
learn project management. Our objective of all
project management courses is to teach project
managers the fundamental concepts and processes of
project management, introducing project managers
to skills, tools and techniques to manage their
projects. Our courses are able to be tailored to
individual organisations project management
methodology and can also incorporate their own
templates and project management case studies.
